What You'll Do10
- 1Maintain and update network systems architecture including LAN WAN LSVPN Wi-Fi VPN Azure hybrid and other integrations
- 2Plan and implement architecture standards documentation and roadmaps for routing switching segmentation and firewalling
- 3Utilize best practices for an Azure hybrid based environment
- 4Manage a Hyper-V environment
- 5Troubleshoot and resolve network related issues promptly providing escalation support when necessary
- 6Oversee and maintain backup schedules for critical systems
- 7Implement preventative controls and support incident response in collaboration with CISO and IT Director
- 8Provide technical support and guidance to clients and junior staff
- 9Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
- 10Other duties as assigned
Requirements14
- 15 to 7 years of experience in network support preferably in a legal environment
- 2Prior experience in a mid sized firm environment is preferred
- 3Strong knowledge of network protocols TCP IP DNS DHCP and routing switching technologies
- 4Proficiency in network monitoring tools and remote management systems
- 5Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network or Security+ are a plus
- 6Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 7Ability to work independently and participate as a team
- 8Legal ability to operate a motor vehicle in California with a clean driving record
- 9Familiarity with SharePoint Perfectlaw and Perfectlaw Cloud
- 10High degree of professionalism balanced business judgment tact and diplomacy
- 11Exceptional problem solving skills in complex situations
- 12Appreciation for client time and quick issue resolution
- 13Occasional overnight travel to LFLM offices
- 14Background check required after conditional offer
