We seek a NetDocuments Administrator to lead the administration of our cloud-based Document Management System. This hybrid role in White Plains focuses on ensuring optimal system performance, secure access, and integration with enterprise applications while supporting legal operations. What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain the NetDocuments platform including cabinets workspaces profiles and system settings
- 2Configure security policies user roles and access permissions to ensure compliance
- 3Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for reliability
- 4Perform maintenance upgrades and configuration changes as needed
- 5Provide technical support for users across the organization and diagnose integration problems
- 6Develop training materials and conduct sessions for power users and administrators
- 7Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetDocuments with enterprise applications
- 8Support API-based integrations workflows and automation solutions
- 9Identify automation opportunities to enhance business processes
- 10Administer retention policies audit trails and governance controls
- 11Serve as liaison with NetDocuments Support and coordinate vendor updates
Requirements10
- 1Minimum three years of experience administering NetDocuments or comparable DMS
- 2Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and current Windows OS
- 3Proficiency with PowerShell NetDocuments REST APIs and Toolkit
- 4Understanding of document management principles metadata security and SSO
- 5Experience with Azure AD Microsoft Entra ID and cloud integrations
- 6Familiarity with compliance frameworks and information governance standards
- 7Excellent documentation reporting and analytical skills
- 8Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and work independently
- 9High school diploma or equivalent with proven track record
- 10Demonstrated experience supporting legal operations or professional services

$120 - $135k per year
