NA Service Representative reports to Delivery Manager at Mitchell Companies in Baltimore Maryland. What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver assigned product routes efficiently facing all labels to consumer points of sale
- 2Handle product returns and manage inventory within assigned accounts
- 3Provide outstanding customer service and escalate issues to supervisors
- 4Monitor backroom inventory to keep stock organized and clean
- 5Support on-call deliveries and special events as scheduled
- 6Partner with pre-sales personnel to prevent out-of-stocks and improve order accuracy
- 7Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and report findings
- 8Build and maintain goodwill with assigned accounts through professional representation
- 9Supervise train and evaluate Route Assistants to ensure quality service
- 10Maintain valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections
- 11Drive assigned vehicle safely while maintaining clean driving records and vehicle interiors
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 3Ability to supervise and train Route Assistants
- 4Basic communication and customer service skills
- 5Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 6Strong understanding of sales and merchandising principles
- 7Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull carts over 100 lbs
- 8Frequent entry/exit from commercial trucks and exposure to outdoor elements
- 9Fast-paced delivery environment with emphasis on timing and accuracy
- 10Frequent customer interaction and teamwork abilities
