We seek a MULTIFUNCTIONAL STOCK ASSOCIATE to lead daily operations at our new Houston Galleria store. This role involves managing merchandise flow and ensuring inventory accuracy while supporting a dynamic retail environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Handle daily deliveries while maintaining order and tidiness to prevent damage and stock loss
- 2Receive and organize merchandise systematically following stockroom guidelines
- 3Perform continuous replenishment tasks to maintain optimal product availability
- 4Allocate received merchandise according to organizational standards
- 5Assist colleagues with replenishment and special requests
- 6Reorganize stockroom space efficiently based on store needs
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom area
- 8Collaborate on preparing materials for store changes
- 9Support multiple departments during peak periods
Requirements9
- 11+ years retail sales experience
- 2Customer service orientation
- 3Independent work ethic with strong time management skills
- 4Self-motivated attitude with desire to excel individually and as a team
- 5High energy enthusiasm and positive attitude
- 6Strong communication abilities
- 7Ability to adapt quickly with varying energy levels
- 8Proficiency with point of sale systems
- 9Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
