What You'll Do11
- 1Process all shipping and receiving operations accurately and efficiently flagging discrepancies to management
- 2Maintain orderly clean and secure stockrooms organizing inventory for accessibility
- 3Ensure proper ticketing and tagging to prevent loss
- 4Prepare and manage client shipments product transfers and RTVs following company standards
- 5Partner with central distribution and corporate inventory control to reconcile variances
- 6Conduct weekly cycle counts and support quarterly inventories maintaining accurate Shopify stock levels
- 7Support compliance of receiving practices with safety record‑keeping and security policies
- 8Assist with floor moves price changes visual updates and store upkeep as needed
- 9Identify process improvements and communicate suggestions to management
- 10Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay current on operational updates
- 11Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration and teamwork
Requirements11
- 11–2 years retail stock shipping or operations experience preferred
- 2Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 3Strong attention to detail in data entry and merchandise handling
- 4Proficiency in Shopify Microsoft Office Mac or similar POS systems
- 5Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- 6Professional dependable demeanor with strong team orientation
- 7Available to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- 8High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 9Physical ability to stand extend periods lift up to 50 lbs handle boxes and perform routine stockroom tasks
- 10Experience with POS terminals tablets and phones
- 11Willingness to engage in various shifts
