Multi-Site Leasing Professional
Overview
The Leasing Professional owns apartment home tours, assists with local marketing, and follows up with prospects. This role drives customer service and communication while supporting resident experience. It highlights collaboration with Neighborhood Managers and maintenance teams.
What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct apartment home tours to potential prospects
- 2Answer phone calls and emails
- 3Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials pricing and notify related parties of any needed adjustments
- 4Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options
- 5Walk through units prior to resident move-in date
- 6Complete move-in paperwork
- 7Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents
- 8Ensure grounds are well kept and address any concerns with maintenance
- 9Adhere to company standards for paperwork resident files budgets and controlled expenses
- 10Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as required
- 11Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver’s license
- 3General computer efficiency
- 4Prior sales or leasing experience
- 5Exceptional customer service skills
- 6Ability to operate smartphone tablet and computers
- 7Lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to sit stand bend and walk
