What You'll Do11
- 1Build and execute lease documentation ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations
- 2Design training programs for leasing teams focusing on sales and closing ratios
- 3Lead tours and maintain property presentation standards
- 4Drive resident relations by fostering community connections and managing move-in/out processes
- 5Manage marketing initiatives for Knock and other listing services
- 6Answer inquiries and process documentation promptly
- 7Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness
- 8Maintain accurate records and reports for all transactions
- 9Process security deposits and move-out documentation
- 10Conduct service requests and follow up with residents
- 11Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2NALP Certification or other NAAEI credential
- 3Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience
- 41+ year customer service experience
- 51+ year prior sales or leasing experience
- 6Strong attention to detail and report accuracy
- 7Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- 8Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting up to 40 lbs
- 9Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
