Overview
You'll own the morning shift at Panera Bread Bardmoor, delivering fresh baked goods and a spotless dining room from 5am-11am or 5am-2pm. Cross-trained across all stations, you'll rotate between cash register, production line, and dishwashing. Part of a small team of early risers, you'll set the tone for a busy day with every order and every cleaned table. What You'll Do8
- 1Master the cash register to process orders accurately and greet guests warmly.
- 2Bake fresh goods on the production line following recipes and food safety standards.
- 3Keep the dining area spotless by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
- 4Prep ingredients for breakfast items, ensuring freshness and portion control.
- 5Load and run the dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and utensils.
- 6Support teammates during peak hours by switching stations on short notice.
- 7Set up the front of house before opening, including coffee stations and pastry displays.
- 8Follow cleanliness procedures to pass health inspections and keep guest areas safe.
Requirements7
- 116+ years of age to work legally in the state of Florida.
- 2Physically able to stand for 5-9 hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 3Willing to work early mornings, starting at 5 AM, including weekends.
- 4Basic math skills for operating the cash register and handling money.
- 5Ability to follow food safety guidelines and clean-up protocols.
