Overview
You'll own the morning shift at Panera Bread on Bruce B Downs in Tampa, FL, working 5 AM-11 AM or 5 AM-2 PM to deliver a great guest experience. You'll cross-train across cash, baking, production, dining, and dishwashing, becoming a versatile team member. What You'll Do10
- 1Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately during the morning rush.
- 2Bake fresh goods and stock the bakery case to ensure full availability.
- 3Prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
- 4Keep the dining area clean and sanitized, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
- 5Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness to meet food safety standards.
- 6Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest, resolving issues promptly.
- 7Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold quality.
- 8Support teammates across stations to keep production running smoothly.
- 9Set up your station and prepare for the shift before opening.
- 10Close out your area and hand off effectively to the next shift.
Requirements7
- 116+ years old or older
- 2Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- 3Comfortable working early mornings, including weekends and holidays
- 4Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle hot items safely
- 5Strong communication skills in English
- 6Reliable transportation to the Tampa location
- 7Flexibility to work both 5 AM-11 AM and 5 AM-2 PM shifts as needed
