What You'll Do7
- 1Build rapport and engage clients in pleasant conversation during every visit.
- 2Assist clients with ambulation and mobility inside the home and outdoors, including doctor appointments and walks.
- 3Support personal care: hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks.
- 4Perform light housekeeping clients cannot manage, including meal preparation.
- 5Report unusual incidents promptly to agency, medical professionals, and family.
- 6Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
- 7Document care activities and observations per agency protocol.
Requirements9
- 1Active CNA or HCA certification in Washington, or proof of training enrollment.
- 2Reliable transportation to client homes in Redmond.
- 3Pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.
- 4Read, write, and follow directions in English.
- 5U.S. work authorization.
- 6Show commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- 7Demonstrate respect, compassion, and a good bedside manner.
- 8Excel in communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- 9Maintain physical endurance for required tasks.
