Mobile Dental Clinic Manager - Traveling Dental Operations

5+ years driving a truck with a trailer and leading a small team in a field-based role. You will own daily operations of a custom-built mobile dental unit, traveling statewide to deliver care in long-term facilities. You manage setup, patient flow, and safety checks while coordinating with dentists and facility staff. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive the company pick-up truck towing the mobile dental clinic to scheduled facility locations across the state.
- 2Lead daily clinic workflow, including patient flow, treatment note dictation, and coordination with the dentist and team members.
- 3Complete daily safety and equipment checks for the truck, trailer, and mobile clinic.
- 4Manage clinic setup, breakdown, maintenance needs, and basic troubleshooting while on the road.
- 5Communicate professionally with facility partners, dentists, team members, and internal scheduling staff.
- 6Enter notes and information into company software and use proprietary equipment as trained.
- 7Maintain a safe, secure, and patient-centered clinic environment by following company standards and regulatory requirements.
- 8Anticipate patient and facility needs while delivering an excellent customer service experience.

- 1Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- 2Willingness and ability to learn how to drive a truck towing a trailer.
- 3Comfort with frequent travel and 3-4 overnight stays per week.
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 5Ability to learn computer systems, medical terminology, company software, and proprietary equipment.
- 6Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, and a patient-focused attitude.
- 7Ability to perform active work such as stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, setup, breakdown, and daily safety checks.
- 8Successful completion of a background check with acceptable results.
- 9Experience pulling a trailer preferred.
- 10Medical, dental, patient care, transportation, logistics, or team leadership experience helpful but not required.
