What You'll Do11
- 1Be in the clinic for three weeks each month to ensure systematic operations and adherence to SOPs
- 2Coordinate resources and support practices aligning with the Affordable Care Operating Model
- 3Manage Practice Management System and schedule labor to meet breakeven targets
- 4Utilize Power BI to generate weekly SWAT scorecards for Field Operations
- 5Recruit, hire, coach, and develop auxiliary staff and doctors
- 6Foster consultative partnerships with physicians and team members
- 7Diagnose performance gaps and implement improvement plans using financial dashboards
- 8Ensure practices are equipped with proper tools and staffing for operational demands
- 9Perform onsite training and address training needs in all locations
- 10Maintain presence in practices to share best practices and enhance employee experience
- 11Communicate practice needs to Field Operations and partner with DSO support center
Requirements5
- 1Minimum five years of healthcare operations experience preferring dental settings
- 2Proven experience in multi-site or dental practice management
- 3Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building at all levels
- 4Expertise with practice management software like Dentrix and reporting tools such as Power BI
- 5Travel capability requiring 75 percent time away from home across multiple states
