What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests promptly and prepare beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to AAA Four Diamond standards.
- 2Engage guests with personalized recommendations, anticipating needs to create memorable experiences.
- 3Maintain an immaculate bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- 4Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages to management.
- 5Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- 6Craft specialty cocktails and contribute to menu development aligned with the hotel's luxury brand.
- 7Stay current on industry trends and incorporate innovative elements into the bar program.
- 8Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management for smooth operations and support special events.
Requirements8
- 11+ year experience as a Mixologist or related role.
- 2Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 3Ability to earn and maintain Gaming License, TiPS certification, Food Handlers certification, and RBS Certification within 30 days.
- 4Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- 5Proficiency in basic math and bar graph interpretation.
- 6Ability to interact with guests and staff, resolving problems diplomatically.
- 7Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, reaching, and twisting.
- 8English communication skills; Spanish and Tagalog preferred.
