What You'll Do11

Requirements12

  • 1Valid LVN license with current California state board certification
  • 2Minimum 3 years LVN experience in ambulatory healthcare settings
  • 3Proven leadership abilities with direct supervisory responsibilities
  • 4Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Intravenous Therapy
  • 5Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program or equivalent military experience
  • 6Three years of progressive responsibility including staff training and workflow coordination
  • 7Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • 8Strong problem-solving skills with decision-making authority
  • 9Experience with Electronic Health Records and medical software systems
  • 10Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and staff interactions
  • 11Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to document accurately
  • 12Understanding of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance requirements
