Provide direct nursing care to seniors in a skilled nursing facility, owning medication administration and treatment support for up to 40 residents per shift. What You'll Do7
- 1Administer medications prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and timing for each resident.
- 2Record vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and pulse, and document changes in condition.
- 3Set up treatment trays and prepare instruments, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
- 4Maintain detailed records of resident conditions, medications, and treatments, updating charts in real time.
- 5Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes physical, social, and psychological well-being.
- 6Monitor resident conditions continuously, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly.
- 7Collaborate with CNAs and therapists to implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
Requirements6
- 1Valid California LVN license or proof of completion/renewal in progress.
- 2New graduates are welcome to apply.
- 3Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus but not required.
- 4Customer service focused personality with a caring, team-oriented approach.
- 5Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
- 6NOC shift availability (full-time).
