What You'll Do11
- 1Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner
- 2Review Hub orders pull parts stage product finalize paperwork
- 3Interact with drivers on paperwork instructions and logistics
- 4Engage store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions
- 5Work with GM DL and SSC support for proper inventory mix and levels
- 6Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts outages planograms maxi changes price changes front face truck lead
- 7Manage and comply with all hub records and paperwork policies procedures
- 8Conduct overstocks callback resets safely deliver parts to customers
- 9Assist with front room inventory functions assist core and defect activities
- 10Ensure store cleanliness floors bathrooms facing dusting parking lot
- 11Handle customer interactions safely using forklift pallet jack and hand jack
Requirements9
- 1Competent at oral and written communications and basic math calculations
- 2Prior retail experience including basic merchandising and inventory management
- 3Ability to drive forklift if certified and applicable
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 5Certificates licenses registrations available
- 6Physical stamina to walk stand talk hear and use hands fingers reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl
- 7Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally up to 100 pounds
- 8Close distance color depth vision and ability to adjust focus
