What You'll Do11

  • 1Optimize metrology capability across labs and factories by developing measurement processes and calibrations
  • 2Apply design of experiments and statistical analysis to boost repeatability and consistency
  • 3Document findings through white papers and qualification summaries
  • 4Establish measurement specs and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
  • 5Provide technical consultation on measurement challenges and equipment issues
  • 6Support standardization of metrology methods with packaging technology groups
  • 7Analyze data using Python and SQL for reporting and analysis
  • 8Lead equipment selection and calibration traceability initiatives
  • 9Develop machine vision solutions for automated inspection tasks
  • 10Perform lab-to-factory correlation and method optimization studies
  • 11Ensure data integrity and measurement system analysis across all platforms

Requirements14

  • 1Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master's with 3+ years in Electrical Mechanical Physics Metrology or related field
  • 21+ years hands-on metrology systems development and qualification experience
  • 32+ years knowledge of MSA including bias linearity stability repeatability reproducibility
  • 42+ years electrical measurements experience with continuity resistance leakage signal integrity
  • 52+ years optical metrology expertise with microscopes imaging systems machine vision
  • 62+ years data analysis proficiency using Python Excel SQL
  • 7Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred especially advanced packaging
  • 8Equipment selection tool qualification calibration traceability experience
  • 9Machine vision systems automated inspection familiarity
  • 10Lab-to-factory correlation tool matching cross-tool studies
  • 11DOE method optimization experience
  • 12Quality systems documentation standards metrology standardization
