What You'll Do11
- 1Set up dining areas and gather supplies before meal service
- 2Collect and sanitize dishes and operate commercial dish machines
- 3Maintain galley cleanliness through sweeping mopping and surface wiping
- 4Restock serving lines and organize storage areas following FIFO standards
- 5Assist with deliveries and manage inventory rotation using proper protocols
- 6Monitor dining spaces for cleanliness and report hazards to supervisors
- 7Support cooks with cleaning and end-of-shift duties
- 8Participate in special events and high-volume meal periods
- 9Follow strict sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines
- 10Sweep mop floors and maintain safe environments in galley and dining zones
- 11Complete daily cleaning tasks and check out with supervisors
