What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare and present meals according to established standards
- 2Wash peel and cut produce while measuring ingredients
- 3Transport pans kettles and trays safely adhering to safety protocols
- 4Store food properly using correct wrapping dating and rotation methods
- 5Maintain clean work areas equipment and utensils
- 6Distribute supplies utensils and portable equipment efficiently
- 7Follow approved recipes to ensure consistent quality temperature and portion control
- 8Serve customers courteously handling concerns and reporting to supervisors
- 9Follow sanitation safety regulations and comply with inventory cash control
- 10Support other assigned duties as directed
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with kitchen operations
- 23-5 seasons working in hospitality
- 3OSHA certification preferred
- 4Certified Culinary Professional required
- 5AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 6React developer background beneficial
- 7Kubernetes deployment skills advantageous
- 8Python proficiency essential
- 9Bulk food preparation expertise required
- 10Team leadership potential appreciated
- 11Reliable transportation necessary
