What You'll Do11
- 1Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks
- 2Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled prepped and ready for shipping
- 3Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information
- 4Confirm product pricing information is clear and replace missing price labels
- 5Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring proper display placement
- 6Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage merchandise and displays
- 7Communicate project priorities schedule and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
- 8Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service
- 9Maintain top-tier health insurance options and financial benefits
- 10Participate in tuition assistance program and employee stock purchase program
- 11Utilize Track to the Trades program for new trade skill development
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience performing product merchandising tasks
- 35+ years reading planograms and setting up tearing down displays
- 4Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- 5Knowledge of essential tools like hand tools drills saws
- 6Bilingual military veteran preferred
- 7Ability to hear speak and communicate verbally
- 8Minimal lifting capacity 25lbs unassisted or over with accommodation
- 9Sit and stand for extended periods
- 10Work onsite in Philadelphia area
