What You'll Do11
- 1Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks
- 2Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled prepped and ready for shipping
- 3Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and manage digital maintenance throughout the store
- 4Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels
- 5Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring proper display placement
- 6Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage merchandise and displays
- 7Communicate project priorities schedule and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
- 8Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store market and corporate leaders
- 9Maintain accurate store signage pricing and visual merchandising standards
- 10Participate in Lowe's Track to the Trades program for new trade skills
- 11Support daily operations by listening to customers answering questions and assisting with merchandise
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in retail merchandising
- 3Minimum literacy and verbal communication abilities
- 4Ability to operate power equipment and heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
- 5Proficiency with web-based computer programs
- 6Bilingual military veteran candidates encouraged to apply
