What You'll Do11
- 1Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks
- 2Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled prepped and ready for shipping
- 3Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information
- 4Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels
- 5Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring proper display placement
- 6Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage merchandise and displays
- 7Communicate project priorities schedule and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
- 8Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store market and corporate leaders
- 9Maintain accurate store signage pricing and visual displays
- 10Drive operational improvements through collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team
- 11Support daily store operations and customer interactions
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Ability to hear listen and communicate verbally with others
- 3Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- 4Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic addition and subtraction
- 5Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and setting up displays
- 6Experience operating power equipment such as lifts order pickers and similar equipment
- 7Working knowledge of essential tools (hand tools drills saws)
- 8Strong bilingual communication skills encouraged for community outreach
- 9Military veteran status preferred
- 10Travel occasional to meetings training or neighboring stores
- 11Physical stamina to work varied environments and hours
