What You'll Do9
- 1Own the daily merchandising and freight flow, ensuring Clip Strips and Power Panels stay fully stocked with high-margin items.
- 2Process DSD merchandise receipts and returns, verifying accuracy and maintaining inventory records.
- 3Order and stock frozen and refrigerated items, aligning with productivity standards and sales forecasts.
- 4Execute monthly Sales Planners to maximize seasonal and promotional product placement.
- 5Lead opening and closing procedures, securing cash and company assets per policy.
- 6Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to Dollar Tree standards, including cleaning and restocking restrooms.
- 7Coordinate Pull and Hold and Destroy directives from corporate, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- 8Drive a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
- 9Support the Store Manager in planning, merchandising, and team leadership as needed.

- 1Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
- 2Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
- 3Must lift 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height, with frequent walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.
