Overview
E&R seeks a Merchandising Specialist to drive store-level sales and ensure exceptional product presentation across Philadelphia region locations. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to optimize shelf management and point-of-purchase execution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Drive store sales by supporting point-of-purchase initiatives and maintaining visually appealing displays
- 2Optimize product placement to maximize visibility and customer engagement
- 3Schedule visits and coordinate with supervisors to maintain efficient retail operations
- 4Stock shelves according to location guidelines and rotate products based on expiration dates
- 5Clean and straighten displays to improve product presentation
- 6Restock shelves using backroom inventory and report low stock items
- 7Assist with promotional setup and monitor customer engagement metrics
- 8Adhere to merchandising standards and maintain compliance across all retail accounts
- 9Utilize AT&T Workforce Tracking System for documentation and reporting
- 10Travel between multiple locations within assigned territory
- 11Maintain accurate records and complete performance reports on time

- 3Valid driver's license and insurance
- 4Minimum one year food and beverage industry experience
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
