Merchandiser, Coca-Cola Brand Distribution & In-Store Execution
Overview
Lead in-store merchandising for a major beverage distributor, ensuring products are stocked, rotated, and presented to maximize customer satisfaction at scale. You’ll collaborate with store teams and regional managers to execute reset plans and promotions. This role blends on-site execution with relationship building across retailers and Swire Coca-Cola locations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and rotate shelves, displays, and coolers to meet company standards and provide clear product visibility
- 2Restock and face products daily with a first in, first out approach to maintain quality and shelf readiness
- 3Develop internal and external relationships to represent Swire Coca-Cola at assigned stores
- 4Prepare back room and stock areas for safe, organized access and efficient replenishment
- 5Build promotional displays and execute planograms according to supervisor guidance
- 6Maintain clean, safe selling environments and follow safety protocols
- 7Attend meetings and assist with special projects or store events
- 8Support store teams in achieving bottom-line goals through accurate product placement
- 9Coordinate with drivers and route teams to optimize delivery and shelf presence
- 10Monitor and report on stock levels and product aging to prevent waste
Requirements10
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within routes
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- 4Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
- 5Reliable transportation and willingness to use a personal vehicle for work
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 7Basic familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards in retail environments
- 8Pre-employment screening including background check and drug screen
- 9Motor vehicle record review for roles requiring driving
- 10Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive lifting during shifts
