What You'll Do11
- 1Partner daily with stores to support product questions resolve issues and turn field feedback into actionable improvements
- 2Support assigned Buyer and product group by managing financial performance product setup and ongoing operational needs
- 3Manage vendor relationships end to end including purchase orders logistics coordination discrepancies and documentation accuracy
- 4Own SKU setup and data integrity ensuring costs retail collections and system uploads are accurate and current
- 5Track domestic and international orders including new store openings replenishment special orders F&D Express and opportunity buys
- 6Research and reconcile invoice and receiving discrepancies while coordinating with Accounting to resolve vendor payment issues
- 7Be successful with a bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent hands-on experience in merchandising buying purchasing or operations
- 8Demonstrate strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets PO systems and operational reporting
- 9Juggle multiple priorities meet deadlines and stay organized without losing accuracy
- 10Communicate clearly with stores vendors and cross-functional partners as a customer-first professional who solves problems and escalates issues
- 11Maintain a positive attitude and work in a quiet to moderate office setting with occasional active warehouse environments
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience supporting products vendors or accounts in a fast-paced detail-driven environment
- 3Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets PO systems and operational reporting
- 41–4 years experience supporting products vendors or accounts in a fast-paced detail-driven environment
- 5Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent hands-on experience in merchandising buying purchasing or operations
- 6Customer-first mindset with confidence to solve problems and escalate issues when needed
