What You'll Do6
- 1Plan and organize projects to ensure timely completion within budgets and QA/QC policies
- 2Design and manage MEP projects from concept to substantial completion
- 3Supervise engineers and technicians while reviewing their work

- 5Prepare contracts and monitor project financial performance
- 6Drive project delivery and lead teams effectively
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 2Professional Engineer License
- 3Minimum 8 years in consulting MEP projects
- 4Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
- 5Expertise with Trane Trace 3D for load calculations
- 6Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- 7Knowledge of codes and regulations
- 8Excellent communication and coordination skills
- 9Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
