Membership Concierge, Hospitality & Customer Service

You will be the first point of contact for members and guests at a premium resort club, owning account maintenance and service recovery to create memorable experiences. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet members and guests as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- 2Build relationships with members and guests through a hospitality mindset, regularly exceeding expectations to deliver extraordinary experiences.
- 3Handle inbound calls and make outbound outreach to boost engagement and acquire new members.
- 4Stay current on club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members and guests accurately.
- 5Assist with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions for programs, services, and products.
- 6Support new membership sales and retention efforts by serving as a key contact for prospective and existing members.
- 7Resolve member questions and concerns with problem-solving and service recovery, using available tools and resources.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- 2High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
- 4Skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high-quality customer service, and verbal communication.
- 5Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- 6Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Passion to serve others and effective communication skills.
- 8Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality is preferred.
Salary Insight
