We seek a dynamic Member Specialist at Sam's East, Inc. in Dallas Texas to lead our checkout operations and drive member satisfaction. What You'll Do12
- 1Own and operate the checkout area while processing purchases and handling payments returns and exchanges
- 2Conduct safety sweeps and maintain entrance and exit areas to ensure a secure environment
- 3Assist members with product selections and guide them through self‑service technology
- 4Zoning merchandise arrange inventory and train associates on new tools and programs
- 5Identify shrink and report damages while complying with ethical standards
- 6Follow company policies for returns and collaborate with managers to improve processes
- 7Deliver training on new technology and support continuous learning initiatives
- 8Maintain accurate documentation and execute emergency response procedures

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading front‑end retail teams
