What You'll Do8
- 1Provide quality member service through accurate face to face transactions including new accounts and card maintenance
- 2Meet member needs by recommending products across lending investments and business banking
- 3Maintain cash drawers according to credit union policy
- 4Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- 5Complete required customer service training
- 6Follow cash control procedures
- 7Operate Microsoft Outlook and web based transactional systems
- 8Use 10-Key by touch for efficient processing
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 26+ months customer service experience in financial services
- 3Proficiency in basic mathematics
- 4Strong communication skills
- 5Attention to detail and accuracy
- 6Experience with Microsoft Outlook
