What You'll Do7
- 1Promote credit union products and services via telephone and in-person interactions
- 2Provide counseling on all current promotions to new and existing members
- 3Perform assigned member transactions as needed
- 4Support inbound and outbound phone calls across multiple branches
- 5Travel to designated locations including McLean VA Falls Church VA and Dulles VA
- 6Maintain workflow under minimal supervision with strong organizational skills
- 7Manage member accounts and process consumer loan transactions
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of financial institution experience
- 2Proven success in opening accounts and delivering member service
- 3Advanced knowledge of credit union products and core systems
- 4Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and proficiency in core credit union software
- 5Ability to thrive in a collaborative inclusive workplace
