Member Advisor, PT Teller & Cash Handling
Overview
As a Member Advisor, you own the member experience across lobby, drive-thru, phone, and remote channels at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. You handle daily transactions, card support, and Online Banking assistance, building trust with every interaction. What You'll Do8
- 1Process member deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier's checks with accuracy and speed
- 2Educate members on self-serve banking options to empower their independence
- 3Verify endorsements and proper identification on all deposit transactions
- 4Execute wire and ACH transfers to move funds securely
- 5Instant issue debit, credit, and gift cards to meet member needs
- 6Troubleshoot card issues, Online Banking questions, and general account inquiries
- 7Balance your cash drawer and branch vault, maintaining currency logs as needed
- 8Support other duties as assigned to keep branch operations smooth
Requirements7
- 11+ years of customer service or cash handling experience required
- 2Work independently and collaborate with team members
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 4Manage time effectively and prioritize workload based on member and department needs
