What You'll Do12

- 3Assists with printing and verifying appointment schedules
- 4Processes new patient registration and data entry
- 5Conducts financial assessments and enrolls patients using sliding fee scale
- 6Registers patients and files documents according to AMC policies
- 7Administers sliding fee scale and reviews applicant documentation bi-monthly
- 8Completes patient checkout and collects payments
- 9Prepares daily cash reports and submits receipts
- 10Balances monies and posts transactions to billing system
- 11Conducts internal referrals as needed
- 12Manages administrative support tasks within the office
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 2One year relevant healthcare experience
- 3Proficiency with IDPA systems and medical insurance processing
- 4Strong organizational and clerical abilities
- 5Bilingual Spanish English communication skills
- 6Familiarity with electronic medical records
- 7Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- 8Experience with billing software and payment processing systems
