Requirements11
- 15+ years working as a Medical Assistant in healthcare environment
- 2Medical Assistant Certification with current license
- 3BLS certification obtained before start date
- 4High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 5One year minimum experience in client-facing healthcare roles
- 6Phlebotomy certification required or demonstrated competency
- 7Proficiency with EHR systems including Epic or Cerner
- 8Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and equipment operation
- 9Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- 10Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 11Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple patient demands
