What You'll Do11
- 1Greet patients technologists and staff while managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
- 2Enter patient information and maintain comprehensive records using electronic systems
- 3Digitize and upload medical images into PACS while ensuring accurate documentation
- 4Process patient discharge paperwork and coordinate transportation arrangements
- 5Print and file clinical documents while reconciling billing charges and super bills
- 6Assist technologists and nurses during procedures by preparing supplies and maintaining sterile environments
- 7Manage office dietary and medical supplies through requisition processes
- 8Support medical imaging operations under supervisor guidance across multiple departments
- 9Handle administrative tasks such as insurance verification and copay collection
- 10Provide patient education material support and maintain supply accessibility
- 11Coordinate follow-up appointments and facilitate medical record requests
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED with working knowledge of medical terminology
- 2Current BLS certification mandatory
- 3Minimum 5 years experience in clinical support roles
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
- 5Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 6Effective communication skills for patient and staff interactions
- 7Experience with electronic medical records and insurance processing preferred
- 8Ability to work in fast paced environment with emphasis on patient satisfaction
- 9Valid Arizona driver’s license required for transportation duties
