What You'll Do8
- 1Post complex manual EOBs and non electronic payments accurately
- 2Reconcile payments deposits and bank activity
- 3Investigate and resolve payment variances and missing payments
- 4Monitor ERA posting activity and identify exceptions
- 5Manage refund workflows and payment reconciliation processes
- 6Track and maintain payment and deposit logs
- 7Partner with billing finance and leadership teams to ensure revenue integrity
- 8Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and efficiencies
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22+ years medical payment posting experience
- 3Strong understanding of manual EOB posting and payment reconciliation
- 4Experience with bank reconciliations deposits and refund processing
- 5Knowledge of CARC RARC codes payer adjustments and remittance workflows
- 6Experience with AdvancedMD Waystar or similar practice management systems
- 7Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- 8Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- 9Preferred specialty healthcare infusion oncology or high dollar claims experience
- 10Ability to work with offshore posting teams
- 11Proven ability to improve processes and identify payment discrepancies
