You will own patient intake and clinical support for a busy multi-disciplinary wellness clinic in Seattle. You will assist naturopathic physicians with vitals, blood draws, and hormone replacement procedures. You will manage prescription refills, patient outreach, and testing programs. What You'll Do8

  • 1Take and record vitals for every patient before their naturopathic visit, ensuring accuracy.
  • 2Draw blood for lab tests, using proper venipuncture technique and handling samples correctly.
  • 3Assist physicians during hormone replacement procedures, preparing equipment and supporting patient comfort.
  • 4Call in prescriptions to pharmacies, verifying patient details and medication accuracy.
  • 5Call patients to schedule appointments, relay lab results, and follow up on treatment plans.
  • 6Manage testing programs such as food sensitivity panels or hormone panels, tracking orders and results.
  • 7Maintain exam rooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is sterilized after each use.
  • 8Update electronic health records with patient data and procedure notes.

Requirements8

  • 12+ years of medical assistant or nursing experience in a clinical setting.
  • 2Proficiency in taking vitals and performing blood draws.
  • 3Experience assisting with hormone replacement procedures or similar minor surgical assists.
  • 4Knowledge of prescription protocols and pharmacy communication.
  • 5Comfort with patient communication by phone and in person.
  • 6Familiarity with EHR systems for charting and data entry.
  • 7Certification as a Medical Assistant or LPN.
  • 8Ability to work onsite in Seattle, Washington.
