Requirements11
- 15+ years clinical experience in medical assisting roles
- 2CPR and first aid certification mandatory requirement
- 3Associate's degree in allied health sciences preferred
- 4Valid CMA certification within 12 months of start date
- 5Proficiency with EHR systems including Epic and Cerner
- 6Experience with point-of-care testing devices
- 7Ability to operate laboratory centrifuges and analyzers
- 8Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards
- 9Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- 10Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
