What You'll Do10
- 1Build a patient-centered training program for MA staff and ensure adherence to updated standards
- 2Design and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and contingency planning
- 3Lead clinical workflow oversight and timely completion of MA tasks
- 4Ship compliance with CLIA waived testing requirements and instrument processing/storage
- 5Drive effective communication within the team and with supervisor about issues and barriers
- 6Own inventory management for clinical supplies and medications at par levels
- 7Collaborate with management to improve patient satisfaction and flow
- 8Coordinate staff performance feedback and training with leadership
- 9Oversee emergency equipment checks and documentation
- 10Provide real-time problem solving and support to the manager

- 2MA Certification
- 32 years of Medical Assistant experience
- 41 year in a leadership role
- 5Current CPR certification
