Overview
ENT AND ALLERGY ASSOCIATES seeks a full-time Medical Assistant Floater across multiple Texas offices. The ideal candidate will provide flexible coverage while supporting high-volume clinical environments. This role offers opportunities to work with leading specialists and diverse patient populations.
What You'll Do7
- 1Administer allergy injections and monitor patients
- 2Perform comprehensive allergy testing including food environmental venom and drug and chemical assessments
- 3Conduct pulmonary function testing
- 4Assist physicians with patient care and administrative tasks
- 5Complete insurance approvals and manage electronic health records
- 6Restock clinical supplies and maintain equipment
- 7Respond promptly to patient calls and messages
Requirements8
- 1Completion of a Medical Assistant program with preference for CMA or RMA certification
- 2Five years of continuous medical assistant experience
- 3BLS CPR certification
- 4Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- 5Strong teamwork and communication skills
- 6Excellent customer service orientation
- 7Attention to detail in documentation and data entry
- 8Proficiency with healthcare software and computer systems
