What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver end‑to‑end patient care navigation and build strong rapport with patients
- 2Prepare patients for visits and communicate appointment details clearly
- 3Take vital signs and update electronic medical records promptly
- 4Set up examination rooms and manage medical supply inventories
- 5Assist providers with treatments, procedures, and exams
- 6Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
- 7Perform all additional duties as assigned by the care team
- 8Adapt processes to improve patient experiences and operational efficiency
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Medical assistant certification and state registration within six months of hire
- 3Phlebotomy certification within six months of hire
- 4Basic Life Saving certification within 30 days of hire
- 5Active Arizona fingerprint clearance
- 6Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 7Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- 8Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
- 9Commitment to teamwork and a patient‑centered approach
