What You'll Do10
- 1Discuss symptoms and obtain vital signs
- 2Administer medications and vaccines
- 3Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens
- 4Conduct screening tests and sterilize equipment
- 5Maintain exam rooms and document in electronic records
- 6Collaborate with providers within certification limits
- 7Run the Tuberculosis screening program
- 8Provide bilingual English Spanish communication
- 9Screen for TB if selected for the position
- 10Manage daily administrative and operational duties
Requirements9
- 1Complete MA school/training program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years experience with Provider approval
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3CPR certification
- 4Phlebotomy experience and medication/vaccine administration experience
- 51+ years Medical Assistant experience
- 6Value-based care experience including HEDIS CPT/ICD coding and CAHPS/HOS knowledge
- 7Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with passing exam
- 8Scheduled weekly hours 40
- 9Competitive pay range $43,000 - $56,200 per year
