Media Operations Coordinator, Media Intelligence & Programmatic
Overview
Own the execution of client media campaigns across social and programmatic platforms, ensuring accurate trafficking and timely launches. You will work directly with senior strategists and cross-functional teams including Data Science, Business Development, and Finance to deliver high-quality client service. This role offers hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and The Trade Desk while building foundational skills in media planning and buying. You will shape the role as the agency scales rapidly, with opportunities to mentor future hires.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and traffic campaigns across social and programmatic platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Blueprint, ensuring accuracy and on-time launch.
- 2Capture and organize screenshots and proof of performance (POPs) for campaign documentation and client reporting.
- 3Reconcile media plans against actuals, flagging discrepancies to senior team members to maintain budget stewardship.
- 4Identify relevant media opportunities for current clients within budget, under the direction of senior strategists.
- 5Support daily client and vendor communication, including pulling real-time reporting from Google Analytics and assisting with plan reconciliation.
- 6Monitor campaigns in real-time, adjusting bids and targeting to meet performance goals across YouTube, Connected TV, and native channels.
- 7Compile performance reports across marketing channels, surfacing insights that drive optimization for client ROI.
- 8Maintain accuracy in data entry and campaign documentation, ensuring all records meet audit standards.
- 9Collaborate with Data Science and Media Operations teams to support seamless campaign delivery and tool adoption.
- 10Build foundational fluency in traditional media planning and buying, supporting integrated strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Requirements10
- 10-2 years in digital or traditional media, agency account management, or internships; entry-level candidates welcome.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field required.
- 3Certifications such as The Trade Desk, Meta Blueprint, or Google Ads are a plus, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- 4Familiarity with social media ad platforms and programmatic DSPs, such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360.
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; exposure to Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
- 6Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram ad manager, and third-party ad servers.
- 7Strong analytical skills with the ability to track spend, flag discrepancies, and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- 8Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
- 9Proactive and coachable, with a willingness to receive feedback and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- 10Passionate about the media and advertising industry, with eagerness to stay current on emerging trends and technologies.
