- 5Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- 6Ability to work in hands-on lab prototype environment
- 7Coursework in GD&T tolerance analysis or design for manufacturability
- 8Project experience designing physical products academic personal or internship
- 9Interest in BESS solar PV or clean energy technology
- 10Exposure to rapid prototyping methods like 3D printing
- 11Familiarity with structural FEA simulation tools
- 12Prior internship or co-op experience in engineering
