You will assemble high-quality metal hatches and panels for major stadiums and entertainment venues. Using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures, you will read blueprints and build components from start to finish. What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble metal hatches and panels using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures.
- 2Read and interpret blueprints to complete accurate mechanical builds.
- 3Prepare panels for finishing by installing insulation and hanging panels for painting.
- 4Package completed assemblies, verify order accuracy, and prepare products for shipment.
- 5Cross-train in multiple departments to support production needs and expand your skill set.
- 6Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- 7Follow safety procedures and proper tool usage in a metal manufacturing environment.
- 8Maintain a clean, organized workspace similar to an auto body shop.
Requirements9
- 16+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
- 2Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements with a tape measure.
- 3Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, etc.).
- 4Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- 5Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working across departments.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Experience in automotive, metal fabrication, or similar environments is a plus.
- 8Familiarity with torque tools and basic mechanical tasks (oil changes, repairs).
- 9Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
