
Mechanic II MedPharm
Overview
Responsible for performing regular predictive and preventive maintenance across multiple facilities. Essential Functions Include assembling installing and maintaining mechanical systems machinery and operating hand and power tools. Reduce downtime through routine preventive maintenance techniques while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

- 1Assemble install and maintain mechanical systems machinery and equipment
- 2Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance
- 3Read interpret and follow instructions and operation manuals
- 4Maintain assigned schedules for inspecting servicing and testing machinery
- 5Clean repair install equipment and parts as needed
- 6Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- 7Reduce downtime through routine preventive maintenance techniques
- 8Monitor compliance and fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation
- 9Maintain equipment parts and supplies inventories and place expedited orders
- 10Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by entering data into CMMS system
- 11Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Requirements11
- 1High school degree or equivalent
- 23 years relevant experience in a GxP environment
- 3Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly
- 4Working knowledge of safety protocols
- 5Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred
- 6Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
- 7Strong attention to detail solid written and verbal communication
- 8Basic computer skills
- 9Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- 10Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- 11Physical demands include climbing ladders working in confined spaces lifting up to 50 pounds
