Overview
You will keep the Fresh area fully stocked at a high-volume Walmart Supercenter, rotating product and upholding food safety standards. You will work with produce and meat items across multiple departments. The role offers part-time shifts and $17-$30 hourly pay. What You'll Do8
- 1Stock produce and meat displays to full capacity each shift.
- 2Rotate perishable inventory to reduce waste and maintain quality.
- 3Follow food safety protocols for handling and storage of meat and produce.
- 4Move incoming merchandise from the back room to the salesfloor.
- 5Maintain clean and organized fresh displays throughout the day.
- 6Monitor expiration dates and remove outdated items.
- 7Assist customers with product questions and location.
- 8Use scanning devices to verify inventory levels and update counts.
Requirements7
- 11+ year experience in retail or grocery stocking.
- 2Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
- 3Availability for mid-shift or closing hours.
- 4Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- 5Comfortable working in cold environments (coolers/freezers).
- 6Basic math skills for inventory counts.
- 7Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
