What You'll Do12
- 1Assist members with meat selection and cut specialties using industry best practices
- 2Prepare, portion, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards
- 3Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the meat department
- 4Rotate product displays based on expiration dates and seasonal availability
- 5Follow proper disposal protocols for damaged or expired goods
- 6Perform weekly inventory checks to ensure product availability
- 7Support other departments as needed to enhance customer experience
- 8Adhere to strict sanitation and safety regulations at all times
- 9Deliver GOLD Member Standards by greeting guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- 10Track sales performance and provide feedback on merchandising opportunities
- 11Collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvements
- 12Ensure all transactions comply with club policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of retail or food service experience
- 318 years of age requirement for meat cutting certification
- 4Proficiency with Python and AWS certifications
- 5Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for scalable applications
- 6Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- 7Experience with React for internal tool development
- 8Familiarity with BCBA or similar analytics credentials
- 9Commitment to continuous learning in demand generation strategies
- 10Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 11Excellent communication skills for member interactions
