What You'll Do11
- 1Wrap weigh and price meat and seafood products according to department policy
- 2Assist Lead Meat Cutter with cutting trimming and processing items
- 3Fill in and support cutting ordering and inventory as needed
- 4Maintain appropriate inventory levels to achieve sales and margin goals
- 5Adhere to Merch standards category schematics quality and expiration dates
- 6Partner with management to assess production needs and implement schedules
- 7Maintain back stock areas organization rotation and cleanliness
- 8Receive and unload merchandise checking quality count and condition
- 9Communicate issues to management and merchandising team
- 10Assist customers with product selection and share product knowledge
- 11Demonstrate familiarity with products terminology cuts and vendor information
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 26AM To 9PM availability
- 3Knowledge of retail Meat and Seafood departments
- 4Prior butcher shop or meat fabrication experience
- 5Commitment to valuing diversity and inclusion

$42 - $58k per year
