What You'll Do5
- 1Build engaging math lessons and guide students through the Mathnasium Method to improve confidence and problem-solving
- 2Design and run small group sessions while maintaining individualized instruction plans
- 3Collaborate with center team to assess learning progress and adjust activities to maximize engagement
- 4Deliver consistent, warm tutoring that fosters a positive learning environment
- 5Support ongoing training and adhere to center procedures to ensure a high-quality student experience
Requirements8
- 1Strong math skills through Algebra 2 or higher (Pre Calc / Calc a plus)
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Previous tutoring, teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred
- 4Positive attitude, reliable, and able to follow Center procedures
- 5Must pass a math proficiency test and background check
- 6High school diploma or equivalent required
- 7College students or graduates in math, education, engineering, or STEM fields preferred
- 8High-performing high school juniors/seniors with advanced math skills welcome to apply
